Is a Yoga based class designed to enable all levels of physical ability. This would be suitable for those that may find getting on the floor too difficult. It will incorporate seated Yoga poses in a chair, modified standing poses with the wall for support and the use of breathing techniques to improve mindfulness and lung capacity. The aim is for you to develop a home Yoga based practice to incorporate mindful movement and breathing awareness into your day.
