As experienced and mature physios, we understand the concerns our over 50’s clients have; providing safe, effective treatments to help you lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

We are experienced in a diverse range of conditions, such as;

  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation – pre and post joint replacement such as Hip, Knee and Shoulder Replacement surgeries. Joint reconstruction surgery or tendon repair
  • Hip Pain and Knee Pain
  • Spinal surgery rehabilitation
  • Treatment for osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other arthritic conditions
  • Osteoporosis management
  • Chest Physiotherapy
  • Balance issues and fall prevention
  • Neurological conditions – such as Multiple Sclerosis
    and Parkinson’s disease

Taking time to listen to your history, injury or underlying chronic condition is our goal. Often what may seem to be unrelated sore areas in your body may in fact be connected.  Your neural tissue may well be driving or causing ongoing pain. Sometimes your thoughts or feelings may also be impacting on  your ongoing condition. Our goal is to educate and inform you of the best way to manage your condition.

  • Home exercise program
  • Advice regarding suitable community exercise classes
  • Aquatic Physiotherapy and swim stroke correction
  • Balance and conditioning classes,help improve movement and strength while teaching you to exercise safely.
  • Gait retraining and walking programs to ensure you enjoy your next holiday better

Treatment by appointment Monday to Friday.
8:30am - 6:00pm
Earlier and later appointments available on request.
Gym and home visits by appointment.

Wednesday 10:30am

Appointment Costs

Initial Consult (45 minutes)
- Physiotherapist $120
- Principal Physiotherapist $140

Subsequent Consult (30 minutes)
- Physiotherapist $80
- Principal Physiotherapist $96

Balance and conditioning classes (30mins): $35, or $65 for two sessions

HICAPS and EFTPOS (debit and credit cards) facilities available.
