Our friendly, approachable and experienced physios in Fremantle will help you better understand your body, your injury and will guide you through the recovery process.

We pride ourselves on being the trusted names in the industry and want to help you “get back on the horse” as soon as possible. We have been helping people for over 20 years which means there’s rarely a case or injury we haven’t seen before and treated. 

NICOLA WARREN

Physiotherapist

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

Nicki an experienced  physiotherapist from England who studied at the University of Gloucestershire. During her three‑year degree, she gained broad clinical experience and graduated with First Class Honours.

Nicki has a diverse skill set spanning private neurological physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation, sports massage, and manual therapy. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their movement, function, and confidence through tailored, hands‑on treatment and rehabilitation, supporting both recovery and long‑term wellbeing.

Outside of physiotherapy, Nicki has a strong passion for the outdoors. She previously worked in the equestrian industry and continues to enjoy horse riding. In her spare time, she also enjoys trail running and hiking, making the most of every opportunity to stay active.

JENNY WOODS

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

B.App.Sc.(Physio) Post Grad.Dip.Manip.Ther.

Jenny Woods is an experienced physiotherapist with post graduate training in musculoskeletal disorders and has worked with professional ballet dancers as Head of Dancer Wellbeing at the West Australian Ballet from 2014-2019. She has worked extensively in the hospital and private sector for more than 30 years.

She is interested in the treatment of all areas of musculoskeletal pain management and has a special interest in foot, ankle, knee, hip & lower back problems. Jenny is Dry needling certified, Pilates certified and is a GLA:D hip and knee arthritis practitioner.

NATASA TEDMAN

Physiotherapist

B.App.Sc (Physiotherapy) M ClinPhys

Nataša Tedman an experienced physiotherapist with over 14 years of practice. Trained in Montenegro and holding a BSc in Physiotherapy from Curtin University in Perth. She also completed Graduate Certificate and Master’s degree at Curtin in Clinical Physiotherapy (Mj in Continence and Pelvic Health) and advanced training in Clinical Pilates.

 
An APA member and Titled Physiotherapist, Nataša has diverse experience across neurorehabilitation, aged care, musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health, and paediatric continence, both in Australia and abroad. She enjoys treating musculoskeletal issues, back and neck pain, joint issues, sporting and workplace injuries, paediatric continence, women’s and men’s continence & pelvic health concerns.
 
Outside work, she enjoys reading, travel, mixed martial art and F1 racing. She has a daughter, Mila, and visits her family in Montenegro annually.

ANDREW BELL

Physiotherapist

B.App.Sc (Physio)

Andrew has extensive experience in private practice physiotherapy, including running his own clinic since 2002. He enjoys seeing patients with a variety of musculoskeletal problems, and has significant experience with sportspeople of all levels, having coached hockey from minkey to first division levels. He has played competitive hockey for many years. Andrew also has a strong interest in helping older bodies function as best as they can. His expertise is accompanied by a compassionate approach.

PÁDRAIG HUGHES

Physiotherapist

Pádraig Hughes is a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist. He completed his studies at Teesside University in the United Kingdom, earning a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy after three years of rigorous academic training.

Following graduation, Pádraig worked for one year within the NHS as a Rotational Physiotherapist. During this time, he gained invaluable experience in outpatient clinics, treating patients with a variety of upper and lower limb conditions, from acute injuries to chronic presentations. He also played a key role in managing and guiding post-operative patients through their recovery journey, focusing on their holistic well-being with a biopsychosocial approach that considers the physical, psychological, and social aspects of care.

In addition to outpatient care, Pádraig acquired significant experience in inpatient settings. He provided specialised respiratory care to patients on hospital wards and in the Respiratory Support Unit

RANA HAMZA

Physiotherapist

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Rana Hamza Habib is a highly qualified Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and extensive hands-on experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. With a specialisation in addressing back and neck pain, joint and muscle injuries, and mobility challenges, He is dedicated to helping patients regain movement, strength, and confidence through personalised, evidence-based care. 

Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, Rana fosters a trusting and communicative environment, ensuring that every patient feels heard and understood throughout their recovery journey. By utilising advanced manual therapy techniques, tailored exercise prescriptions, and patient education, Rana delivers effective, long-lasting results and promotes an improved quality of life. 

When not in the clinic, Rana stays active through pursuits such as cricket, gym training, and swimming, and values quality time with family and friends.
