This small group class is aimed at improving your confidence in how you move, so you feel stronger in your spine. This class will incorporate Yoga movements, mindfulness and the use of breathing techniques to improve spinal awareness. Understanding how you can improve strength without aggravating your spine, by using your body weight, resistance bands and some equipment.

These two free education sessions will teach you about osteoarthritis, and are integral to the GLA:D™ (Good living with arthritis) program, an evidence based education and exercise program developed in Denmark. The program will teach you exercises to improve joint stability, to manage symptoms and improve function. The AB Physiotherapy GLA:D™ Australia program is the first West Australian clinic to deliver this program.
This seminar focuses on the symptoms and risk factors of osteoarthritis, as well as introductions to treatment programs.
