Is muscle imbalance causing you pain?

Physiotherapy dry needling

Dry needling is an effective and efficient technique for treating muscular pain or injuries. The insertion of a single use needle into soft tissues aims to reduce muscle spasm, relaxes trigger points,enhance blood flow and reduce pain.

Dry needling may be beneficial in the treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions such as:
